I try to respond to questions, orders & requests within 60 minutes, as long as I am in the office; or I have access to my e-mail. In many cases, I can respond as quickly as 5 minutes.

3/28/2008	Vacation July 4th VACATION friday ONLY The WEBSITE will be OPEN for you to place orders, BUT we will NOT be shipping orders. MONDAY - THURSDAY 9 AM - 5 PM CLOSED FRIDAY-SUNDAY These are Summer Hours Only We have won our regional area pool league division tournaments, both 8-ball and 9-ball. So August 14th-23rd we will be in LAS VEGAS at the APA National Team Championships. I am trying to see what we can do for orders at that time to be filled. But at any case the WEBSITE will be OPEN for you to place orders.

11/19/2007	HOLIDAY HOURS AND SHIPPING HOLIDAY HOURS AND SHIPPING UPS Does Not Ship on these 2008 Dates: We are closed these days in 2008: New Year's Day - January 1, 2008 Memorial Day - May 26, 2008 Independence Day - July 3-4, 2008 Labor Day - September 1, 2008 Thanksgiving Day - November 27, 2008 Day after Thanksgiving - November 28, 2008 Christmas Day - December 24-25, 2008 New Year's Eve - December 31, 2008 New Year's Day - January 1, 2009 December 24-January 2, 2009 ?? maybe Our website is open and takes orders 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Internet orders completed during company days off are the first filled when we return to work.

9/8/2007	Current LEAD TIMES SINCE THE BEGINNING IN JAN 2002 I have done all the work myself… the website… the products… the ordering… the orders…the picking… the shipping… NOW I am just to busy to do it all and still trying to keep up with the demanding orders and customers. J In april 2007 I have had a friend (DEB) come and help me to catch up on orders (the spring time was CRAZY BUSY, it was talking me 5-10 days sometimes)… this helped in so many ways! But we found out that just wasn’t enough… So now we have additional help TAMMY and SHARON… This comes right in time for the upcoming MADNESS of the Fall season. We are now getting some orders out the SAME DAY!!! I haven’t done that since…2004… I am so HAPPY we can do that… I know you will be too!!! My current Lead Times for orders are 1-3 days. I have a feeling that you will be relieved, when you put items in your shopping cart - they will not disappear on you. So you no longer have to pull your hair out, as I have. 2/1/2007	Quanitity Discounts Recently I have added quanitity discount pricing to majority of the website products. This means the more you buy of that product, the better the unit pricing will be. You will find the “discounts list/breakdown” where the products name is listed at the top of the page. Example: This product qualifies for quantity discount pricing. (what's this?) – click on the link to find the discounts. If there is a product that does not have volume or discount pricing please let me know. I might have forgotten about that product or that is the lowest I can go on the price. But it never hurts to ask.
