Excellent product for making Bubble Bath, Shampoo, Body Wash, and Hand Soap. Since this product does not contain the water required for a finished product, it is more economical to ship than the pre-made bases. Must dilute with water.
Recommended Color Additives:
Liquid Dye, Mica Powder, Liquid Mica
Recommended Aroma Additives:
Skin Safe Fragrance Oil - Maximum 1 to 2%
Skin Safe Essential Oil - Maximum 1/3 to 2/3%
(Percentages are after water is added to concentrate)
