Used correctly with water base products (body spray & linen spray), your end product will remain CLEAR.

Fragrance Oil Modifier enables you to take most any Essential Oil or Fragrance Oil and blend them with water while remaining clear. You can also use this product to blend EO's or FO's into you water based shampoo's, lotions, soaps and linen waters.

Directions: Blend 3 to 4 parts Fragrance Oil Modifier with 1 part fragrance oil or essential oil. You now have a modified fragrance you can add to water that will remain crystal clear. Add 1% modified fragrance to water based products.

4 parts Modifier to 1 part FO/EO
