Ready to scrub...Just add fragrance!
Directions Do not dilute or mix with water to make body scrub. Add 1-2% fragrance and cosmetic color as desired. When you use your finished product, bubbles should remain white or you have used too much color.
Note Heating the base in the microwave or on the stove top will help incorporate the fragrance & color. It also makes the base easier to package. This base is a naturally very thick base.
You may color this base with any of our cosmetic oil based colors. It is a beautiful base without color.
