A fine mix of Pure Arctic mineral mud powder, bentonite and kaolin clay. Offers a unique toning mask to de-toxify and achieve baby smooth skin. Unlike Dead Sea mud that has a stinging effect, this mud is mild on all skin types. It can be sold as a powder for single applications (adding 2 spoons powder to 1 spoon water) or mixed in a lotion or gel as a prepackaged product. Apply with a brush or with fingers and wait 20 minutes to dry. Rinse thoroughly, making sure any eye contact is avoided at all times. Flush well if this happens.

Ok. Usually the optinos for our mud is to mix with water, lotion or shower gel. The suggested ratio would be 1 soup spoon of mud for two spoons of water,lotion or shower gel. The ration can be flexible according your use.
What kind of lotion?? Any kind of lotion... It is for the face we recomend you using something lighter in viscosity( thinner)...
