All Natural Lip Balm - Chapstick Like  A harder lip base with a matte appearance. A harder version of our popular lip balm base that is suitable for "lip stick" type dispensers. Includes all the fine ingredients of our lip balm (but with added bees wax), having properties that eliminate smearing and melt down on contact. To prevent dipping in the center when pouring, warm up the lip balm tubes, pour at a slightly cooler temperature and cap right after pouring. Directions In a pyrex glass cup, microwave base and add 3% flavor fragrance. Add cosmetic oil based color. Pour into container. Note Product will rethicken upon cooling. Each flavor fragrance will react differently in the base. A harder version of our popular lip balm base that is suitable for "chapstick" type dispensers. Includes all the fine ingredients of our lip balm (but with added bees wax), having properties that eliminate smearing and melt down on contact. To prevent dipping in the center when pouring, warm up the lip balm tubes, pour at a slightly cooler temperature and cap immediately after pouring. Keeping heat evenly dispersed will stop the dip in the center. If this still occurs, use a heat gun and pass it quickly over the top to smooth it out.

Lip Balm Products-  Melt the lip base in a Pyrex cup in the microwave.  Use a low heat and check often....it melts very, very quickly.  Add 1 tablespoon of flavor fragrance per 16 ounces of base.....or 1 1/2 teaspoons per 8 ounces....or 3/4 teaspoon per 4 ounces of base.  You can then add the powdered colors for lip products or leave it "natural" color.  Pour into you lip tubes and let it harden.
