Disperses in water. Color will NOT migrate in layered soap. Directions Add color as desired. This powder requires light to reflect the sparkle therefore for maximum affect, we recommended using this powder in a clear or semi-clear base.

INCI Ingredients Mica (and) Iron Oxides(and) CI Pigment Violet 23.

Particle size is 6-48µm.
