My goal at Jody's Soap and Creations is to have Delighted customers that want to recommend us to others. I welcome your questions, comments, concerns and ideas. Please feel free to call or email me personally.

I am committed to providing you with the best quality products and service possible. 

    Please note that I strive to be perfect but I do fall short (very short). So if I do mess something up or anything looks not quite right, please let me know.  And I will do everything I can to accommodate/correct the situation.

    Please note also, that I can not always answer the phone.  I spend most of the day putting orders together, and if I was always answering the phone I would never be able to fill the orders.  So emailing me is the best and fastest way I can address a question/problem/order or concern.

I am available by telephone and email anytime (PLEASE be reasonable about the calling hour - I have 2 boys & 1 BABY Girl (getting bigger by the day} - they all have a set bedtime because of school and we need our family time (because I work to much :)) Please do not hesitate to call me.  My phone number is xxx-changing providers.
