I try to respond to questions, orders & requests within 60 minutes, as long as I am in the office; or I have access to my e-mail. In many cases, I can respond as quickly as 5 minutes.

Because our Fragrance Oils, Glycerin Soap Base, Color Blocks, Sparkle Blocks, Mica, Pigments, Liquid Clear and Sparkles and Dyes are used in personal care products, they cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. We suggest that customers purchase small quantities first before ordering larger quantities. Samples of our products are also available. Contact us by email or phone for sample pricing. Returned Item(s) are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insurance on returned items. Shipping fees are not refundable. Caution: All products should be kept out of reach of children and pets.
If you item was damaged during shipment, you will need to file a claim with the delivery service provider in order to get a full refund. Simply email us the claim number and we will process the refund. |
Your satisfaction with my products is of greatest importance to me. If you wish to return an unopened and unused product you must first email and obtain a return invoice number. You can call xxx-changing providers or email me (sales@soapandthings.com) to obtain this number. After the number has been obtained, you can return the product by doing the following:
1. Place the original (or copy of the original) invoice in the box.
2. Clearly write the return invoice number on the outside of the box.
3. Address label to:

Returns must be made within 14 days from the receipt of the shipment. Unauthorized returns will be discarded and no credits issued. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. I do not reimburse customers for shipping expenses. We will not refund any items if returned to use past 30 days. |

We use & reuse all our packing material, paper and boxes. Please continue the cycle & reuse these materials. If you are recycling your cardboard box, do the recycling company a favor & tear off the heavy tape. Remember, we sell by weight so if the bottles have different levels, its only because each oil has a different specific gravity and varies in volume for given weights. J |
