Q: Your 8 oz tittle says with cap however the description says cap sold separately? If I chose a cap will there be an additional charge?

Q: Is this an item that you keep in stock or do you have limited quantities? Also, is there a way to see what the colors of the lids are? I don't want to pick lid and then hate the color after I receive it.
