Lip Balm Products Directions- Melt the lip base in a Pyrex cup in the microwave. Use a low heat and check often....it melts very, very quickly. Add 1 tablespoon of flavor fragrance per 16 ounces of base.....or 1 1/2 teaspoons per 8 ounces....or 3/4 teaspoon per 4 ounces of base. You can then add the powdered colors for lip products or leave it "natural" color. Pour into you lip tubes and let it harden.
