Silk Hair Conditioner - A salon grade bulk conditioner with silk amino acids, wheat protein and glycerine for performance, plus a castor bean glossing component.
A white creamy pearl look that has great conditioning properties and healthy shine.
New! Modified formulation. Same great conditioning properties and healthy shine but less thick than our previous base. Includes wheat protein, silk amino acids, Vitamin Pro B and E, chamomile and glycerine for added body. Shine is derived naturally from hydrolyzed castor beans and an alternative to silicones. Lactic acid balances Ph and is a good moisturizer. Fragrance is recommended at .5%-1% and would take color, but few conditioners do. (you also have to solubilize color due to the ions and Ph).

Ingredients: De-Ionized Water, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearyl Alcohol, Stearalkonium Chloride, Dimethyl Stearamine, Hydrolized Silk Amino Acids, Quaternized Wheat Protein, Panthonol (Vitamin Pro B), Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Juice, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract (Chamomile), Castor Isostearate Succinate, Vegetable Glycerine, Lactic Acid, Citric Acid, DMDM Hydantoin, Disodium EDTA
Directions Add .5-1% fragrance (0.5% = 1/2 teaspoon per 16 ounces of base). Add cosmetic color. Pour into bottles. We recommend heating the base for better fragrance incorporation and easier pouring (do not boil). Cool product with the top off the bottle to prevent condensation. Product will rethicken upon
cooling. Each fragrance reacts differently in the base. Test your formula to ensure the desired results.
Note If your lotion does not remain white when you rub it into your skin then you have used too much color. If product significantly thins you have used too much fragrance.
