Directions:
Use unscented (as-is) or add Fragrance or Essential oils at a ratio of 0.6%. Scent lightly to prevent irritation. Colorants are not recommended but can be added using our Water-soluble liquid colorants. This is a cold mix base, meaning that heating is not recommended. We recommend adding scent directly to the base and hand stirring with a spatula. No solubilizer needed. The addition of other ingredients should be tested in small batches to ensure compatibility.
The right formula to create your own Face Wash!
Our Glycolic Acid Face Wash Base is easy to scent using fragrance or essential oils. Most people use it uncolored, but it can be tinted using
FD&C colorants
. It is a cold mix formula so no heating is required. Just add your scent directly to the base and hand or machine mix.

0.3% - 0.6%

Recommendations
If you use this product during the day then be sure to apply appropriate sunscreen as glycolic acid makes your skin much more sensitive to the sun.
Scent very lightly to prevent irritation on skin caused by fragrance. Use 0.6% or less fragrance load
Addition of other ingredients should be tested in a very small sample before mixing a whole batch to ensure compatibility.
Color may be added to base.
